FILM SYNOPSIS : Coined by the philosopher Martin Heidegger, MITSEIN means ‘To Be With’. One day Moksha sees a painting of herself in an art gallery that reflects her life. She fervently looks for the artist of the painting to give her an alternate image. When the artist refuses, Moksha finds a way to change the painting and her sad truth.

FILMMAKER BIOGRAPHY : Born and raised in India, Aparna Malladi is an award winning filmmaker based out of Los Angeles. Her award winning short film NUPUR [Ankle Bracelets] was screened at more than 25 international film festivals. MITSEIN is her debut award winning feature starring Smriti Mishra is currently touring the festival circuit.
